Sew Sammi strives to offer the best pet products at the best price possible! I am here to help you care for your pet in any way I can and welcome any and all questions about our products or caring for your new pet. Please don't hesitate to let me know if there's anything else I can do for you!
Payment must be received in full and cleared by our bank before any work is started on an order. Please take this into account when considering payment methods such as e-check that take time to clear.

For any item needing custom measurements as stated in the listing information, all measurements are required at the time of order. Please plan to measure before placing your order. If you order without providing measurements your order will be immediately cancelled and refunded, minus a 20% handling fee.
All custom items are made to the measurements provided at checkout. Sew Sammi is not liable if you provide incorrect measurements. If you have questions about how or what to measure feel free to contact us, we are happy to help in any way we can.
Everything in our shop is made by hand, from designing and tracing and cutting out patterns, to piecing, pinning, and finally sewing everything together. We work hard to produce high quality work and this process is very time consuming. While we try to make orders as quickly as we can, we don't sacrifice quality for speed. All of our quoted make times are an estimate based on the average time it is currently taking us to produce and ship that product. When ordering multiple items the make time for each item is added together for the total make time. Quoted make times are not guarantees and we do not accept cancellations on the grounds of an extended make time. We strongly suggest ordering items needed by a specific date well ahead of time to ensure you get your products when you need them. We know unexpected circumstances and emergencies arise, and if you need a rush order or something by a specific date please let us know.
Rush Orders are available by request at an additional fee of 50% of your total order price starting at a minimum fee of $20. Rush times vary. Not all rush orders can be accommodated, contact us first for availability.
Cancellations can be requested any time before an order has shipped. Cancellations requests will not be accepted if you have not read the listing description. Customers are responsible for all listing information and shop policies. If a cancellation request is accepted, there will be a minimum cancellation fee of 20% of the order total, not including shipping. Fees may vary depending on the order. RefundS may not be available for custom orders. Refunds of any kind are not available after 60 days from the date purchase.
